selftests/membarrier: Add rseq stress test for CFS throttle interactions
Add a new stress test to exercise the interaction between targeted expedited membarrier commands and CFS bandwidth throttling.
The test creates a deep cgroup hierarchy and aggressively hammers the membarrier syscall to expose lock contention and latency issues. This serves as a reliable reproducer for the `membarrier_ipi_mutex` cascade lockup, ensuring future changes to membarrier locking do not regress targeted command latency.

selftests: membarrier: Fix incorrect kernel headers search path
Use $(KHDR_INCLUDES) as lookup path for kernel headers. This prevents building against kernel headers from the build environment in scenarios where kernel headers are installed into a specific output directory (O=...).

selftests, sched/membarrier: Add multi-threaded test
membarrier commands cover very different code paths if they are in a single-threaded vs multi-threaded process. Therefore, exercise both scenarios in the kernel selftests to increase coverage of this selftest.

selftests: remove duplicated all and clean target
Currently, kselftest use TEST_PROGS, TEST_PROGS_EXTENDED, TEST_FILES to indicate the test program, extended test program and test files. It is easy to understand the purpose of these files. But mix of compiled and uncompiled files lead to duplicated "all" and "clean" targets.
In order to remove the duplicated targets, introduce TEST_GEN_PROGS, TEST_GEN_PROGS_EXTENDED, TEST_GEN_FILES to indicate the compiled objects.
Also, the later patch will make use of TEST_GEN_XXX to redirect these files to output directory indicated by KBUILD_OUTPUT or O.
And add this changes to "Contributing new tests(details)" of Documentation/kselftest.txt.

membarrier: clean up selftest
We don't need to specify an explicit rule in the Makefile, the implicit one will do the same. The "__EXPORTED_HEADERS__" define is not needed, because we build the test against the installed kernel headers, not the in-tree kernel headers. Re-use "$(TEST_PROGS)" in the clean target rather than spelling the executable name twice. Include <unistd.h> rather than the rather specific <asm-generic/unistd.h>. Include <syscall.h> rather than <sys/syscall.h>. In both cases, the former header is located in a standard location and includes the latter.
