- Fix size calculation in kho_preserved_memory_reserve() for

Live Update Orchestrator:

- move liveupdate selftest utilities into a library so that selftests
of subsystems participating in liveupdate, e.g. PCI and VFIO, can
use them and drop direct ioctl calls from the tests

- add end to end liveupdate test infrastructure that allows running
the tests across a kexec in QEMU

- remove redundant INIT_LIST_HEAD in luo_session_alloc()

- remember the error status of an FLB retrieve() and return it on
subsequent attempts rather than retrying retrieve() with an FLB in
an unexpected state

- reference count the outgoing FLB so that it cannot be freed while a
caller is using it, the same way it's done for the incoming FLB

- reject nonzero reserved field in LIVEUPDATE_SESSION_FINISH so that
it can be reused by a future extension"

Move luo_test_utils.[ch] into a lib/ directory and make libliveupdate
library. Pull the rules to build them out into a separate

selftests/liveupdate: Move luo_test_utils.* into a reusable library

Move luo_test_utils.[ch] into a lib/ directory and make libliveupdate
library. Pull the rules to build them out into a separate
libliveupdate.mk script. This will enable these utilities to be
also built by and used within other selftests (such as VFIO).

Update path in vmtest.sh as that one uses hardcoded path for util.

No functional change intended.

Add the end to end testing infrastructure required to verify the
liveupdate feature. This includes a custom init process, a test

Add the end to end testing infrastructure required to verify the
liveupdate feature. This includes a custom init process, a test
orchestration script, and a batch runner.

The framework consists of:

init.c:
A lightweight init process that manages the kexec lifecycle.
It mounts necessary filesystems, determines the current execution
stage (1 or 2) via the kernel command line, and handles the
kexec_file_load() sequence to transition between kernels.

vmtest.sh:
The primary KTAP-compliant test driver. It handles:
- Kernel configuration merging and building.
- Cross-compilation detection for x86_64 and arm64.
- Generation of the initrd containing the test binary and init.
- QEMU execution with automatic accelerator detection (KVM, HVF,
or TCG).

run-vmtests.sh:
A wrapper that runs vmtest.sh for each LUO test across supported
architectures, providing a summary of pass/fail/skip results.
