ASoC: Updates for v7.3
A very busy release, a combination of a lot of new device work and more people than usual doing various subsystem wide improvements in the code. The main subsystem level change is the work Morimoto-san has been doing to get automatic DAI format selection more widely deployed, and even that is largely changes in the drivers to enable use of the feature rather than framework work.
- Conversions of a lot of drivers to use the automatic DAI format selection code from Morimoto-san. - Many fixes and code improvements from bui duc phuc and Morimoto-san. - Fixes for ordering problems in register default tables from Peter Ujfalusi. - Changes to use auto-cleanup for firmware to improve robustness from Takashi Iwai. - Support for firmware on more Awinc devices. - Many changes in the Qualcomm driver stack, mostly around new platform support. - Support for AMD ACP7.B/F, Cirrus Logic CS35L62, Loongson 2K0300, Meson GX formatter and interface, Qualcomm LPI MI2S, SM8475 and WSA855 and Realtek RT1321 VA1/2 and RT766/7.

ASoC: SOF: amd: add support for ACP7.B/7.F platforms
Vijendar Mukunda <Vijendar.Mukunda@amd.com> says:
This patch series adds Sound Open Firmware (SOF) enablement for AMD ACP7.B/ACP7.F platforms by introducing a dedicated ACP7x PCI driver/ops layer built on the existing ACP SOF infrastructure, plus required IPC3 topology/token extensions for ACP7x I2S/TDM.
Changes: - Add new ACP7x PCI driver + DSP ops, including suspend/resume and IRQ handling paths. - Extend AMD ACP firmware loading logic for signed images and SRAM-based data loading on ACP7x. - Introduce a new SOF DAI type for AMD I2S/TDM and extend IPC3 topology tokens to carry an ACP TDM/I2S format field.

ASoC: Updates for v6.16
The changes in this release are quite large, mainly in drivers rather than the core. This is partly due to cleanups that touch a lot of drivers and partly due to several relatively large new drivers.
- Support for automatically enumerating DAIs from standards conforming SoundWire SDCA devices, further work is required for these to be useful in an actual card. - Conversion of quite a few drivers to newer GPIO APIs. - More helpers and cleanups from Mormimoto-san. - Support for a wider range of AVS platforms. - Support for AMD ACP 7.x platforms, Cirrus Logic CS35L63 and CS48L32, Everest Semiconductor ES8389, Longsoon-1 AC'97 controllers, nVidia Tegra264, Richtek ALC203 and RT9123 and Rockchip SAI controllers.
