KVM/arm64 fixes for 6.12, take #1
- Fix pKVM error path on init, making sure we do not change critical system registers as we're about to fail
- Make sure that the host's vector length is at capped by a value common to all CPUs
- Fix kvm_has_feat*() handling of "negative" features, as the current code is pretty broken
- Promote Joey to the status of official reviewer, while James steps down -- hopefully only temporarly

ASoC: Fixes for v6.12
A bunch of fixes here that came in during the merge window and the first week of release, plus some new quirks and device IDs. There's nothing major here, it's a bit bigger than it might've been due to there being no fixes sent during the merge window due to your vacation.

get_maintainer: add --bug option to print bug reporting info
For example Documentation/adming-guide/bug-hunting.rst suggest using get_maintainer.pl to get a list of maintainers and mailing lists to report bugs to, while a number of subsystems and drivers explicitly use the "B:" MAINTAINERS entry to direct bug reports at issue trackers instead of mailing lists and people.
Add the --bug option to get_maintainer.pl to print the bug reporting URIs, if any.

get_maintainer: remove stray punctuation when cleaning file emails
When parsing emails from .yaml files in particular, stray punctuation such as a leading '-' can end up in the name. For example, consider a common YAML section such as:
maintainers: - devicetree@vger.kernel.org
This would previously be processed by get_maintainer.pl as:
- <devicetree@vger.kernel.org>
Make the logic in clean_file_emails more robust by deleting any sub-names which consist of common single punctuation marks before proceeding to the best-effort name extraction logic. The output is then correct:
devicetree@vger.kernel.org
Some additional comments are added to the function to make things clearer to future readers.

get_maintainer: correctly parse UTF-8 encoded names in files
While the script correctly extracts UTF-8 encoded names from the MAINTAINERS file, the regular expressions damage my name when parsing from .yaml files. Fix this by replacing the Latin-1-compatible regular expressions with the unicode property matcher \p{L}, which matches on any letter according to the Unicode General Category of letters.
The proposed solution only works if the script uses proper string encoding from the outset, so instruct Perl to unconditionally open all files with UTF-8 encoding. This should be safe, as the entire source tree is either UTF-8 or ASCII encoded anyway. See [1] for a detailed analysis.
Furthermore, to prevent the \w expression from matching non-ASCII when checking for whether a name should be escaped with quotes, add the /a flag to the regular expression. The escaping logic was duplicated in two places, so it has been factored out into its own function.
The original issue was also identified on the tools mailing list [2]. This should solve the observed side effects there as well.
