xor/arm64: Use shared NEON intrinsics implementation from 32-bit ARM
Tweak the arm64 code so that the pure NEON intrinsics implementation of
XOR is shared between arm64 and ARM. While at it, rename
xor/arm64: Use shared NEON intrinsics implementation from 32-bit ARM
Tweak the arm64 code so that the pure NEON intrinsics implementation of
XOR is shared between arm64 and ARM. While at it, rename the arm64
specific piece xor-eor3.c to reflect that only the version based on the
EOR3 instruction is kept there.

xor/arm: Replace vectorized implementation with arm64's intrinsics
Drop the XOR implementation generated by the vectorizer: this has always
been a bit of a hack, and now that arm64 has an intrinsics
xor/arm: Replace vectorized implementation with arm64's intrinsics
Drop the XOR implementation generated by the vectorizer: this has always
been a bit of a hack, and now that arm64 has an intrinsics version that
works on ARM too, let's use that instead.
So copy the part of the arm64 code that can be shared (so not the EOR3
version). The arm64 code will be updated in a subsequent patch to share
this implementation.
Performance (QEMU mach-virt VM running on Synquacer [Cortex-A53 @ 1 GHz]

As this remove the asm-generic mechanism a new kconfig symbol is added to

per-implementaion .c files in lib/raid. This will build them
unconditionally even when an architecture forces a specific
implementation, but as we'll need at least one generic version for the
static_call optimization later on we'll pay that price.
Note that this would cause the second xor_block_8regs instance created by
arch/arm/lib/xor-neon.c to be generated instead of discarded as dead code,
so add a NO_TEMPLATE symbol to disable it for this case.
