ASoC:
- An adaptor to allow use of IIO DACs and ADCs in ASoC which pulls in
some IIO changes

- Convert drivers to use the more modern maple tree register cache
- Lots of work on the SOF framework, AMD and Intel drivers, including

- Using PCI definitions in allover HD-audio code
- Support for Cirrus CS35L56 and TI TAS2781 HD-audio sub-codecs

We remove the global GPIO number from the platform data,
but it is still possible to create board files using GPIO
descriptor tables, if desired.

Make sure to make sure SDW devices can associate with
an LDO1 EN descriptor too, if they so desire by putting
the lookup into the common code.
