Conflicts: kernel/sched/ext.c
There's a context conflict between this upstream commit:

KVM/arm64 fixes for 6.12, take #1
- Fix pKVM error path on init, making sure we do not change critical system registers as we're about to fail
- Make sure that the host's vector length is at capped by a value common to all CPUs
- Fix kvm_has_feat*() handling of "negative" features, as the current code is pretty broken
- Promote Joey to the status of official reviewer, while James steps down -- hopefully only temporarly

It's the second largest (after asm/io.h) class of asm/* includes, and all but two architectures actually end up using exact same file.
Massage the remaining two (arc and parisc) to do the same and just move the thing to from asm-generic/unaligned.h to linux/unaligned.h"

Merge tag 'vfs-6.11.mount.api' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/vfs/vfs
Pull vfs mount API updates from Christian Brauner:
- Add a generic helper to parse uid and gid mount options.
Currently we open-code the same logic in various filesystems which is error prone, especially since the verification of uid and gid mount options is a sensitive operation in the face of idmappings.
Add a generic helper and convert all filesystems over to it. Make sure that filesystems that are mountable in unprivileged containers verify that the specified uid and gid can be represented in the owning namespace of the filesystem.
- Convert hostfs to the new mount api.
