ASoC: Fixes for v6.9
A relatively large set of fixes here, the biggest piece of it is a series correcting some problems with the delay reporting for Intel SOF cards but there's a bunch of other things. Everything here is driver specific except for a fix in the core for an issue with sign extension handling volume controls.

pcmcia: cs: make pcmcia_socket_class constant
Since commit 43a7206b0963 ("driver core: class: make class_register() take a const *"), the driver core allows for struct class to be in read-only memory, so move the pcmcia_socket_class structure to be declared at build time placing it into read-only memory, instead of having to be dynamically allocated at boot time.

pcmcia: ds: make pcmcia_bus_type const
Now that the driver core can properly handle constant struct bus_type, move the pcmcia_bus_type variable to be a constant structure as well, placing it into read-only memory which can not be modified at runtime.
