Merge tag 'soc-drivers-7.1' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/soc/soc
Pull SoC driver updates from Arnd Bergmann: "The driver updates again are all over the place with many minor fixes going into platform specific code. The most notable changes are:
- Support for Microchip pic64gx system controllers - Work on cleaning up devicetree bindings for SoC drivers, and converting them into the new format - Lots of smaller changes for Qualcomm SoC drivers, including support for a number of newly supported chips - reset controller API cleanups and a new driver for Cix Sky1 - Reworks of the Tegra PMC and CBB drivers, along with a change to how individual Tegra SoCs get selected in Kconfig and BPMP firmware driver updates including a refresh of the ABI header to match the version used by firmware - STM32 updates to the firewall bus driver and support for the debug bus through OP-TEE - SCMI firmware driver improvements for reliability, in particular for dealing with broken firmware interrupts - Memory driver updates for Tegra, and a patch to remove the unused Baikal T1 driver"

STM32 Firewall bus for v7.1, round 1
Highlights: ---------- Stm32 SoCs embed debug peripherals such as Coresight. These peripherals can monitor the activity of the cores. Because of that, they can be used only if some features in the debug configuration are enabled. Else, errors or firewall exceptions can be observed. Similarly to the ETZPC(on stm32mp1x platforms) or the RIFSC(on stm32mp2x platforms), debug-related peripherals access can be assessed at bus level to prevent these issues from happening.
The debug configuration can only be accessed by the secure world. That means that a service must be implemented in the secure world for the kernel to check the firewall configuration. On OpenSTLinux, it is done through a Debug access PTA in OP-TEE [1]. To represent the debug peripherals present on a dedicated debug bus, create a debug bus node in the device tree and the associated driver that will interact with this PTA.
Plus some fixes.

drivers: bus: add the stm32 debug bus driver
Add the stm32 debug bus driver that is responsible of checking the debug subsystem accessibility before probing the related peripheral drivers.
This driver is OP-TEE dependent and relies on the STM32 debug access PTA.
