Devres now requires T: 'static, which conflicts with shmem::Object using Devres<SGTableMap<T, C>> without that bound. Resolve by adding 'static as a supertrait to DriverObject and DeviceContext, which does not restrict any current use cases since DriverObject is always implemented on owned, refcounted types and DeviceContext is a sealed marker trait with only unit-type implementors.
If DriverObject (or DeviceContext) ever becomes lifetime-parameterized (e.g. via a GAT for TTM backed objects), the 'static supertrait can be relaxed at that point.

powerpc64/bpf: Add powerpc64 JIT support for timed may_goto
When verifier sees a timed may_goto instruction, it emits a call to arch_bpf_timed_may_goto() with a stack offset in BPF_REG_AX (powerpc64 R12) and expects the refreshed count value to be returned in the same register. The verifier doesn't save or restore any registers before emitting this call.
arch_bpf_timed_may_goto() should act as a trampoline to call bpf_check_timed_may_goto() with powerpc64 ELF ABI calling convention.
To support this custom calling convention, implement arch_bpf_timed_may_goto() in assembly and make sure BPF caller saved registers are preserved, then call bpf_check_timed_may_goto with the powerpc64 ABI calling convention where first argument and return value both are in R3. Finally, move the result back into BPF_REG_AX(R12) before returning.
Also, introduce bpf_jit_emit_func_call() that computes the offset from kernel_toc_addr(), validates that the target and emits the ADDIS/ADDI sequence to load the function address before performing the indirect branch via MTCTR/BCTRL. The existing code in bpf_jit_emit_func_call_rel() is refactored to use this function.

As PPC32 doesn't have a redzone in the stack, a stack frame must always be set in order to host at least the tail count counter.
The stack frame remains for tail calls, it is set by the first callee and freed by the last callee.
r0 is used as temporary register as much as possible. It is referenced directly in the code in order to avoid misusing it, because some instructions interpret it as value 0 instead of register r0 (ex: addi, addis, stw, lwz, ...)
The following operations are not implemented:
case BPF_ALU64 | BPF_DIV | BPF_X: /* dst /= src */ case BPF_ALU64 | BPF_MOD | BPF_X: /* dst %= src */ case BPF_STX | BPF_XADD | BPF_DW: /* *(u64 *)(dst + off) += src */
The following operations are only implemented for power of two constants:
