ftpd: replace malloc + memset 0 with calloc.

It is faster and usually safer.
Use NULL instead of zero for the pointer.

Use __FBSDID.

Kill ancient casts to integral types left from the K&R era.
They're unneeded and sometimes erroneous now.

Eliminate last three uses of varargs.h in the tree. These three files
were including varargs.h file but did not use any of its macros,
so they escaped the clean-up before.

GLOB_QUOTE has been retired.
