These are all more "GPL-2.0-or-later" or "GPL-2.0-only" tags being added, based on the text in the files. We are slowly chipping away at the 700+ different ways people tried to write the license text. All of these were reviewed on the spdx mailing list by a number of different people.
We now have over 60% of the kernel files covered with SPDX tags: $ ./scripts/spdxcheck.py -v 2>&1 | grep Files Files checked: 64533 Files with SPDX: 40392 Files with errors: 0

Merge tag 'devicetree-for-4.8' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/robh/linux
Pull DeviceTree updates from Rob Herring:
- remove most of_platform_populate() calls in arch code. Now the DT core code calls it in the default case and platforms only need to call it if they have special needs
- use pr_fmt on all the DT core print statements
- CoreSight binding doc improvements to block name descriptions
- add dt_to_config script which can parse dts files and list corresponding kernel config options
- fix memory leak hit with a PowerMac DT
- correct a bunch of STMicro compatible strings to use the correct vendor prefix
- fix DA9052 PMIC binding doc to match what is actually used in dts files

powerpc/dts: fix STMicroelectronics compatible strings
Replace the non-standard vendor prefix stm and st-micro with st for STMicroelectronics. The drivers do not specify the vendor prefixes since the I2C Core strips them away from the DT provided compatible string. Therefore, changing existing device trees does not have any impact on device detection.
