Omapdss driver changes for 3.5 merge window.
Lots of normal development commits, but perhaps most notable changes are:
* HDMI rework to properly decouple the HDMI audio part from the HDMI video part. * Restructure omapdss core driver so that it's possible to implement device tree support. This included changing how platform data is passed to the drivers, changing display device registration and improving the panel driver's ability to configure the underlying video output interface. * Basic support for DSI packet interleaving

Outside of a few minor driver core changes, we ended up with the following different subsystem and core changes as well, due to interdependancies on the driver core: - hyperv driver updates - drivers/memory being created and some drivers moved into it - extcon driver subsystem created out of the old Android staging switch driver code - dynamic debug updates - printk rework, and /dev/kmsg changes
All of this has been tested in the linux-next releases for a few weeks with no reported problems.

sysfs: get rid of some lockdep false positives
This patch (as1554) fixes a lockdep false-positive report. The problem arises because lockdep is unable to deal with the tree-structured locks created by the device core and sysfs.
This particular problem involves a sysfs attribute method that unregisters itself, not from the device it was called for, but from a descendant device. Lockdep doesn't understand the distinction and reports a possible deadlock, even though the operation is safe.
This is the sort of thing that would normally be handled by using a nested lock annotation; unfortunately it's not feasible to do that here. There's no sensible way to tell sysfs when attribute removal occurs in the context of a parent attribute method.
As a workaround, the patch adds a new flag to struct attribute telling sysfs not to inform lockdep when it acquires a readlock on a sysfs_dirent instance for the attribute. The readlock is still acquired, but lockdep doesn't know about it and hence does not complain about impossible deadlock scenarios.
Also added are macros for static initialization of attribute structures with the ignore_lockdep flag set. The three offending attributes in the USB subsystem are converted to use the new macros.

regmap: Last minute bug fix for 3.4
This is a last minute bug fix that was only just noticed since the code path that's being exercised here is one that is fairly rarely used. The changelog for the change itself is extremely clear and the code itself is obvious to inspection so should be pretty safe.

This is a rebased version of parts of git://git.stlinux.com/spear/linux-2.6.git spear-v3.5
which was accidentally based on the linux-next tree and mixed too many different things. The pinctrl related changes from the same branch are now in the spear/pinctrl branch of arm-soc.
There are a few non-DT cleanups mixed in here, but fundamentally it's all related to the DT conversion.
