Linux 3.7-rc2
Backmerge to solve two ugly conflicts: - uapi. We've already added new ioctl definitions for -next. Do I need to say more? - wc support gtt ptes. We've had to revert this for snb+ for 3.7 and also fix a few other things in the code. Now we know how to make it work on snb+, but to avoid losing the other fixes do the backmerge first before re-enabling wc gtt ptes on snb+.
And a few other minor things, among them git getting confused in intel_dp.c and seemingly causing a conflict out of nothing ...

Merge commit '5bc66170dc486556a1e36fd384463536573f4b82' into x86/urgent
From Borislav Petkov <bp@amd64.org>:
Below is a RAS fix which reverts the addition of a sysfs attribute which we agreed is not needed, post-factum. And this should go in now because that sysfs attribute is going to end up in 3.7 otherwise and thus exposed to userspace; removing it then would be a lot harder.
This is done as a merge rather than a simple patch/cherry-pick since the baseline for this patch was not in the previous x86/urgent.

Merge branch 'for-linus' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jikos/hid
Pull HID updates from Jiri Kosina:
1) Patchset from Henrik Rydberg which substantially reduces irqsoff latency for all input devices. In addition to that, Henrik reworked multitouch handling in order to reduce runtime memory consumption.
This patchset touches code in Input subsystem as well. All the changes have been Acked by Dmitry, and we agreed to do it this way due to inter-dependencies between the patchset and subsequent changes in HID subsystem.
2) Rework, clenaups and a lot of fixes to picolcd driver by Bruno Prémont.
3) Core report descriptor handling fix which fixes resume issue on some devices, by Kevin Daughtridge
4) hidraw fixes by Alexey Khoroshilov and Ratan Nalumasu
5) wiimote driver now supports balance board, by David Herrmann.
6) Other smaller fixes and new device id additions all over the place.

HID: remove Paul Walmsley's copyright from places where it shouldn't be
Paul Walmsley has implemented dynamic quirk handling back in 2007 through commits:
2eb5dc30eb ("USB HID: encapsulate quirk handling into hid-quirks.c") 8222fbe67c ("USB HID: clarify static quirk handling as squirks") 8cef908235 ("USB HID: add support for dynamically-created quirks") 876b9276b9 ("USB HID: add 'quirks' module parameter")
and as such, his copyright rightly belongs to drivers/hid/usbhid/hid-quirks.c file.
However when generic HID code has been converted to bus and individual quirks separated out to individual drivers on the bus, the copyright has been blindly transfered into all the tiny drivers, which actually don't contain any of Pauls' copyrighted code.
Remove the copyright from those sub-drivers.
