Merge branch 'etnaviv/next' of https://git.pengutronix.de/git/lst/linux into drm-next
Highlights this time: 1. Fix for a nasty Kconfig dependency chain issue from Philipp. 2. Occlusion query buffer address added to the cmdstream validator by Christian. 3. Fixes and cleanups to the job handling from me. This allows us to turn on the GPU performance profiling added in the last cycle. It is also prep work for hooking in the DRM GPU scheduler, which I hope to land for the next cycle.

drm/etnaviv: use submit exec_state for perfmon sampling
The GPU exec state may have changed at the time when the perfmon sampling is done, as it reflects the state of the last submission, not the current GPU execution state.
So for proper sampling we must use the submit exec_state.

Merge tag 'for-linus-timers-conversion-final-v4.15-rc1' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/kees/linux into timers/urgent
Pull the last batch of manual timer conversions from Kees Cook:
- final batch of "non trivial" timer conversions (multi-tree dependencies, things Coccinelle couldn't handle, etc).
- treewide conversions via Coccinelle, in 4 steps: - DEFINE_TIMER() functions converted to struct timer_list * argument - init_timer() -> setup_timer() - setup_timer() -> timer_setup() - setup_timer() -> timer_setup() (with a single embedded structure)
- deprecated timer API removals (init_timer(), setup_*timer())
- finalization of new API (remove global casts)

Merge branch 'etnaviv/next' of https://git.pengutronix.de/git/lst/linux into drm-next
Most notable addition this time is the support for the GPU performance counters by Christian. This has been in the making for some time and it has matured a lot. Since this is adding UAPI, the corresponding WIP userspace can be found at [1] mesa/libdrm repos. I expect that Christian sends out the final userspace patches for this once you have pulled the kernel bits.
Philipp optimized the probe path, so etnaviv gets out of the way for systems that want to boot real quick.
I've done mostly cleanups, disentangling etnaviv from the IOMMU API, with some MMUv1 optimizations on the way.
