x86/debug: Implement __WARN() using UD0
By using "UD0" for WARN()s we remove the function call and its possible __FILE__ and __LINE__ immediate arguments from the instruction stream.
Total image size will not change much, what we win in the instruction stream we'll lose because of the __bug_table entries. Still, saves on I$ footprint and the total image size does go down a bit.

Merge tag 'efi-urgent' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/efi/efi into efi/urgent
Pull a single UEFI fix from Ard:
- Reduce the severity of the notice that appears when the ESRT table points to memory that is not covered by the memory map. It is scaring our users and interfering with their nice splash screens. Note that the ESRT may still be perfectly usable, and is currently (to my knowledge) not widely used to begin with.

Merge remote-tracking branch 'airlied/drm-next' into drm-intel-next-queued
Backmerge drm-next to get at all the good stuff in drm-misc. We need that because:
- drm_connector_list_iter conversion for i915 needs the core patches. - Maarten's patches to use the new atomic state iterators also need the core patches. - We need the new link status property to complete the DP retraining work, merging through 2 branches wasn't a good idea and we had to partially backtrack. - Chris needs reservation_object_trylock and we want to roll out kref_read everywhere.

Merge branch 'WIP.sched-core-for-linus' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tip/tip
Pull sched.h split-up from Ingo Molnar: "The point of these changes is to significantly reduce the <linux/sched.h> header footprint, to speed up the kernel build and to have a cleaner header structure.
After these changes the new <linux/sched.h>'s typical preprocessed size goes down from a previous ~0.68 MB (~22K lines) to ~0.45 MB (~15K lines), which is around 40% faster to build on typical configs.
Not much changed from the last version (-v2) posted three weeks ago: I eliminated quirks, backmerged fixes plus I rebased it to an upstream SHA1 from yesterday that includes most changes queued up in -next plus all sched.h changes that were pending from Andrew.
I've re-tested the series both on x86 and on cross-arch defconfigs, and did a bisectability test at a number of random points.
I tried to test as many build configurations as possible, but some build breakage is probably still left - but it should be mostly limited to architectures that have no cross-compiler binaries available on kernel.org, and non-default configurations"

sched/headers: Prepare for new header dependencies before moving code to <linux/sched/debug.h>
We are going to split <linux/sched/debug.h> out of <linux/sched.h>, which will have to be picked up from other headers and a couple of .c files.
Create a trivial placeholder <linux/sched/debug.h> file that just maps to <linux/sched.h> to make this patch obviously correct and bisectable.
Include the new header in the files that are going to need it.
