The Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) group provides a specification
to make it easier for automated tools to detect and summarize well known
opensource licenses. We are gradually adopting the specification, noting
that the tags are considered only advisory and do not, in any way,
superceed or replace the license texts.

Special thanks to Wind River for providing access to "The Duke of
Highlander" tool: an older (2014) run over FreeBSD tree was useful as a
starting point.

If the resulting argument is longer than MAXPATHLEN, realloc() was called to
extend the space, but the new pointer was not correctly stored.

Different from what OpenBSD has done, rewrite brace_subst() to calculate the
necessary space first and realloc() at most once.

As before, the e_len fields are not updated in case of a realloc.
Therefore, a following long argument will do another realloc.

Final update to current version of head in preparation for reintegration.

Revert r207677 which is considered a violation of style(9).

Move SCCS tags to comments as they were already #if 0'ed.

Revert most part of 200420 as requested, as more review and polish is
needed.

Remove unneeded header includes from usr.bin/ except contributed code.

Tested with: make universe

Use rpmatch() instead of checking for responses that begin with 'y'
in queryuser(). This allows users to respond to -ok and -okdir
prompts with any affirmative reply defined by their current locale.

Fix all WARNS. Checked with "make WARNS=9". Remove unused file.

Fix SCM IDs.

1) Remove -Wall from Makefile.
2) WARNs fixes (rename option to lookup_option to avoid shadowing, rename
argv to argv1 to avoid shadowing, const stuff, prototypes, __unused).
3) Remove "register"s.
