Drop 'Set to' from most src.conf(5) knobs
The description is clearly what effect the knob has when set, so the additional text was unnecessary.

Without this we get spurious output during boot as we try to run nonexistant HyperV scripts on non-x86 models.

Move MK_BHYVE/MK_HYPERV to architecture specific sections in Makefiles instead of introducing an architecture specific section in src.opts.mk
Make it clear in the documentation that the options only affect certain architectures to reduce user confusion if the knobs are tweaked
A better method for abstracting this out will be done in the future in a different commit

Import HyperV Key-Value Pair (KVP) driver and daemon code by Microsoft, many thanks for their continued support of FreeBSD.
While I'm there, also implement a new build knob, WITHOUT_HYPERV to disable building and installing of the HyperV utilities when necessary.
The HyperV utilities are only built for i386 and amd64 targets.
This is a stable/10 candidate for inclusion with 10.1-RELEASE.
