to make it easier for automated tools to detect and summarize well known
opensource licenses. We are gradually adopting the specification, noting
that the tags are considered only advisory and do not, in any way,
superceed or replace the license texts.

Special thanks to Wind River for providing access to "The Duke of
Highlander" tool: an older (2014) run over FreeBSD tree was useful as a

array. Obviously not every pointer can be validated (i.e., the compiler can

Fix broken const'ness in declaration of sha1_loop().

sync with kame tree as of july00. tons of bug fixes/improvements.

API changes:
- additional IPv6 ioctls
- IPsec PF_KEY API was changed, it is mandatory to upgrade setkey(8).
(also syntax change)

Fix bogus const-ness in declaration of sha1_loop().

Prototype fix for IPsec authentication related functions

Some of IPsec authentication related functions should have
'const' for its 2nd argument, but not now.
But if someone try to use them, a
