spdx: The BSD-2-Clause-FreeBSD identifier is obsolete, drop -FreeBSD
The SPDX folks have obsoleted the BSD-2-Clause-FreeBSD identifier. Catch

Remove unused registes from the arm pcb
These were kept for ABI reasons. Remove them and bump __FreeBSD_version
so debuggers can be updated to use the new layout.

entirely optional, so it is only implemented for amd64, arm64, and i386
at the moment.
