mdoc(7) police: Use the new .In macro for #include statements.

mdoc(7) police: protect trailing full stops of abbreviations
with a trailing zero-width space: `e.g.\&'.

mdoc(7) police: removed HISTORY info from the .Os call.

Whitespace only change: trim trailing whitespace.

Introduce ".Lb" macro to libc manpages.

More libraries manpages updates following.

$Id$ -> $FreeBSD$

Add $Id$, to make it simpler for members of the translation teams to
track.

The $Id$ line is normally at the bottom of the main comment block in the
man page, separated from the rest of the manpage
