Update the projects tree to a newer FreeBSD current.

Sync with ufs_vnops.c:1.245 and remove support for accessing device nodes
in ISO 9660 filesystems.

Retire the MALLOC and FREE macros. They are an abomination unto style(9).

was always curthread and totally unuseful.
