Make the long-awaited change from $Id$ to $FreeBSD$
This will make a number of things easier in the future, as well as (finally!) avoiding the Id-smashing problem which has plagued developers for so

Well, it would appear that the "ayes" have it (though by a slim margin). Apply my \c changes to echo. It should also be noted that this is: A) going into 2.2, not 2.1 B) a functional no-op unless yo
