selftests/nolibc: use the configured kernel header directoryThe freestanding build hardcodes the source tree's usr/include even whenselftests exports KHDR_INCLUDES for an output-directory build. Use theexported header location while preserving -nostdlib, -nostdinc and staticlinkage.
