selftests/ftrace: Force C locale in ftracetestSome ftracetest test cases parse command output by matching Englishfield names. Tools such as readelf may localize their output viagettext, while ftracetest currently inherits the user locale fromthe environment.If a translated field name is printed, parsing can fail even thoughthe tested kernel behavior is unchanged.
