pinctrl: mediatek: enable module build support for all SoC driversConvert the Kconfig option of every MediaTek pinctrl SoC driver from boolto tristate and add MODULE_DESCRIPTION()/MODULE_LICENSE() so that they canbe built as loadable kernel modules. This is required for Android GKI + vendor_dlkm deployments, wherevendor-specific drivers must be kept separate from the GKI vmlinux andloaded as modules from the vendor partition.Signed-off-by: Justin Yeh <justin.yeh@mediatek.com>Reviewed-by: AngeloGioacchino Del Regno <angelogioacchino.delregno@collabora.com>[linusw@kernel.org: Rebased and added MT6858]Signed-off-by: Linus Walleij <linusw@kernel.org>

dab3c7afde6c6572ea71d4ea7f9f6050b576cc53 - pinctrl: mediatek: allow common drivers to be built as modules

pinctrl: mediatek: allow common drivers to be built as modulesThe MediaTek SoC pinctrl drivers link against the shared implementationsin pinctrl-mtk-common.c (v1), pinctrl-moore.c and pinctrl-mtmips.c. Thesewere built-in only: their Kconfig symbols were bool, they did not exporttheir entry points and they carried no MODULE_LICENSE().To let the individual SoC drivers be built as loadable modules (requiredfor Android GKI + vendor_dlkm, where vendor drivers must live outside theGKI vmlinux), the shared code they depend on has to be modular too.Otherwise selecting a SoC driver as =m forces the common symbol to =y andthe resulting module fails to link against the unexported common entrypoints.Convert PINCTRL_MTK, PINCTRL_MTK_MOORE and PINCTRL_MTK_MTMIPS totristate, export the entry points used by the SoC drivers, and addMODULE_DESCRIPTION()/MODULE_LICENSE() to the three common files. The v2 common code (PINCTRL_MTK_V2) is already modular, but mtk_rmw() wasnever exported. It is called directly by SoC drivers such as mt7623, soexport it as well to keep those drivers linking once they are modular.Rather than exporting these shared symbols into the global namespace, export them in the "MTK_PINCTRL" symbol namespace withEXPORT_SYMBOL_NS_GPL() so they are only visible to drivers that opt in.Each SoC driver that uses them therefore declaresMODULE_IMPORT_NS("MTK_PINCTRL").Signed-off-by: Justin Yeh <justin.yeh@mediatek.com>Reviewed-by: AngeloGioacchino Del Regno <angelogioacchino.delregno@collabora.com>Signed-off-by: Linus Walleij <linusw@kernel.org>

Merge tag 'v7.2-rc1' into drm-rust-nextMerge v7.2-rc1 into drm-rust-next to start the next cycle.Devres now requires T: 'static, which conflicts with shmem::Object usingDevres<SGTableMap<T, C>> without that bound. Resolve by adding 'staticas a supertrait to DriverObject and DeviceContext, which does notrestrict any current use cases since DriverObject is always implementedon owned, refcounted types and DeviceContext is a sealed marker traitwith only unit-type implementors. If DriverObject (or DeviceContext) ever becomes lifetime-parameterized(e.g. via a GAT for TTM backed objects), the 'static supertrait can berelaxed at that point.Signed-off-by: Danilo Krummrich <dakr@kernel.org>

If one of them fails to initialize, the error path unmaps the shared MMIO region, leaving the other driver with an invalid mapping on clps711x (Guangshuo Li) - Make the samsung_pwm driver compatible with PREEMPT_RT by replacing regular spinlocks with raw_spinlock_t in atomic contexts (Marek Szyprowski) - Use __raw_readl() and __raw_writel() instead of ioread32() and iowrite32() to support SWAP_IO_SPACE in the rtl-otto driver (Rustam Adilov) - Fix a missing clk_disable_unprepare() call in the timer initialization error path of the Armada driver (Yuho Choi)Link: https://lore.kernel.org/lkml/75feea31-683d-45a1-87f4-ab045e0152ae@oss.qualcomm.com

pinctrl: Move Airoha driver to dedicated directoryIn preparation for additional SoC support, move the Airoha pinctrl driverfor AN7581 SoC to a dedicated directory. This is to tidy things up and keep code organized without polluting theMediatek driver directory. The driver doesn't depend on any generic or common code from the Mediatekcodebase so it can be safely moved without any modification.Signed-off-by: Christian Marangi <ansuelsmth@gmail.com>Acked-by: Lorenzo Bianconi <lorenzo@kernel.org>Signed-off-by: Linus Walleij <linusw@kernel.org>
