hwmon: Add update_interval_us chip attributeSome hardware monitoring chips support update intervals below onemillisecond. The existing update_interval attribute uses millisecondgranularity, which causes sub-millisecond steps to round to the samevalue and become inaccessible from userspace.Introduce update_interval_us, a companion chip-level attribute thatexpresses the same update interval in microseconds.
