The \fBnet_hook_unregister()\fR function disables the callback hooks that were
registered with the \fBnet_hook_register()\fR function.

If the \fBnet_hook_unregister()\fR function succeeds, 0 is returned. Otherwise,
an error indicating the problem      encountered.
