functions respectively convert the fault, signal, system call and data model in

to a human-readable name and place the corresponding string in

characters, including the null terminator, will be written into

Upon successful completion, the

.Fn proc_signame ,
.Fn proc_sysname

.Fn proc_dmodelname
functions return a pointer to

The contents of

are always null terminated.
Otherwise,
