The \fBlgrp_root()\fR function returns the root lgroup ID.

Upon successful completion, \fBlgrp_root()\fR returns the lgroup ID of the root
lgroup. Otherwise, it returns \(mi1 and sets \fBerrno\fR to indicate the error.
