Merge branch 'irq-core-for-linus' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tip/tip
Pull irq updates from Thomas Gleixner: "The irq departement delivers:
- Rework the irqdomain core infrastructure to accomodate ACPI based systems. This is required to support ARM64 without creating artificial device tree nodes.
- Sanitize the ACPI based ARM GIC initialization by making use of the new firmware independent irqdomain core
- Further improvements to the generic MSI management
- Generalize the irq migration on CPU hotplug
- Improvements to the threaded interrupt infrastructure
- Allow the migration of "chained" low level interrupt handlers
- Allow optional force masking of interrupts in disable_irq[_nosysnc]
- Support for two new interrupt chips - Sigh!
- A larger set of errata fixes for ARM gicv3
- The usual pile of fixes, updates, improvements and cleanups all over the place"

Merge tag 'msi-map-4.4' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/maz/arm-platforms into irq/core
Support for msi-map, and msi-parent update from Marc Zyngier:
- New map-map property to describe the remapping of requester-ids, and the routing of MSIs to controllers - New hooks to make MSI domains per-device if required - Extension of msi-parent to provide sideband information - Extensive documentation for both msi-map and msi-parent

Docs: dt: Add PCI MSI map bindings
Currently msi-parent is used by a few bindings to describe the relationship between a PCI root complex and a single MSI controller, but this property does not have a generic binding document.
Additionally, msi-parent is insufficient to describe more complex relationships between MSI controllers and devices under a root complex, where devices may be able to target multiple MSI controllers, or where MSI controllers use (non-probeable) sideband information to distinguish devices.
This patch adds a generic binding for mapping PCI devices to MSI controllers. This document covers msi-parent, and a new msi-map property (specific to PCI*) which may be used to map devices (identified by their Requester ID) to sideband data for each MSI controller that they may target.
