When Enter Maintenance (single-user) Mode is in the Authorizations Included column, it grants the authorization to enter maintenance (single-user) mode when booting the operating system.

If Enter Maintenance (single-user) Mode is grayed, then you are not entitled to Add or Remove this authorization.
